Ingredients:
- 250g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 200g chow mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 100g cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and stir-fry until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
