This smoothie recipe is designed to help stabilize blood sugar levels, providing sustained energy and preventing sudden drops.


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Peel the banana and add it to a blender.
  2. Rinse the berries and spinach or kale, then add them to the blender.
  3. Measure and add the chia seeds, almond milk or water, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  4. If desired, add a few ice cubes to help chill the smoothie.
  5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more berries or liquid if needed.
  7. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for a refreshing and blood sugar-balancing treat.
