Broccoli Apple Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced apple, chopped red onion, dried cranberries, and chopped nuts (if using). Mix well to combine.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
