Pineapple Pretzel Fluff Recipe

This no-bake dessert is a delightful combination of sweet and salty! Creamy pineapple filling rests on a buttery pretzel crust, making for a refreshing and satisfying treat.


  • 1 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ½ cup of sugar. Stir until well coated. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and remaining ½ cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and thawed whipped topping. Gently stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the creamy pineapple mixture over the cooled pretzel crust. Spread into an even layer.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.
