Pineapple Juice Cake Recipe

This easy recipe uses pineapple juice to create a moist and flavorful cake.


  • 1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix (or butter cake mix)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 large eggs

For the Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter


  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan or loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and butter. Stir constantly until the butter melts and the glaze is smooth.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, using a skewer or toothpick, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  7. Slowly pour the warm glaze over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.
  8. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before inverting it onto a serving platter.
