Pineapple Juice Cake Recipe

This recipe creates a moist and flavorful cake bursting with pineapple taste. It’s surprisingly simple to make and perfect for any occasion!


  • 1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow or butter cake mix
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 large eggs


  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan or loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, and eggs. Using an electric mixer, beat the batter for about 2 minutes on medium speed, or until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. While the cake cools, prepare the glaze (see next step).
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cool, drizzle or pour the glaze generously over the cake.

Pineapple Glaze (Optional):

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions for Glaze:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and butter. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the butter melts and the glaze becomes smooth.
  2. Allow the glaze to cool slightly before pouring over the cake.
