Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pie Recipe

This decadent pie combines creamy peanut butter filling with a rich chocolate crust for a truly satisfying dessert.


  • For the Crust:
    • 1 package (150g) chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos or similar)
    • 1/3 cup (75g) unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Filling:
    • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup (100g) powdered sugar
    • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag and rolling pin.
    • In a medium bowl, combine the crushed cookies with melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
    • Press the crumb mixture firmly onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    • Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    • Beat in the peanut butter until well incorporated.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.

    • Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled chocolate crust.
