Mouth Chicken Recipe

This recipe creates tender, juicy chicken that practically melts in your mouth.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt or sour cream)
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the mayonnaise, half of the Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  7. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, if desired, for a golden brown crust on the cheese topping.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving (optional).

  • Marinate the chicken in the creamy mixture for 30 minutes to an hour before baking for extra flavor.
  • For a thicker sauce, use full-fat mayonnaise or sour cream.
  • You can substitute any Italian blend seasoning for the oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Get creative with different cheeses! Try mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend for a different flavor profile.
  • Serve with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
