Mini Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

  • 1 cup (120 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)

  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • ⅔ cup (160 ml) milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • Additional butter for cooking

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar (if using), baking powder, and salt.
