Hard-Boiled Egg and Avocado Bowl Recipe

  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, ripe
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped (optional)

  1. Prepare your hard-boiled eggs in advance. You can follow this method: gently place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a rolling boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes. Plunge the eggs into an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Peel the eggs once cool.
