  • 2 lbs (900g) crab legs – cleaned and cracked
  • 1 lb (450g) mussels or clams – scrubbed and debearded
  • 2 lbs (900g) lobster tails – split in half
  • 1 lb (450g) andouille sausage – sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 ears of corn – cut into halves or thirds
  • 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes – halved
  • 1 large onion – quartered
  • 1 lemon – halved

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 8 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley – chopped
  • 1 lemon – sliced for garnish


  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Thoroughly wash and scrub all seafood.
    • Cut the corn, potatoes, sausage, onion, and lemon as directed.
  2. Boil the Potatoes and Corn:
    • Fill a large stockpot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a generous amount of salt.
