Creamy Skillet Corn Recipe

This recipe is a quick and delicious way to enjoy fresh summer corn. The creamy sauce and tender kernels are perfect for a side dish at any barbecue or potluck.


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen corn, thawed (or 2 cups fresh corn kernels)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
