  • 2 cups (200g) shredded coconut
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut and condensed milk. Stir well until the coconut is evenly coated. You may need to add a little more or less condensed milk depending on the desired consistency. If you prefer a firmer texture, use less condensed milk.
