Caramel Apple Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • For the Crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • For the Caramel Apple Topping (Optional):
    • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
