  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt preferred)
  • 1/2 cup water (add slowly, you may not need all of it)


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in the olive oil and yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
